How many people can the barn accommodate?
The barn can accommodate up to 250 people.
What is required as a deposit?
A $500 deposit is required to reserve the day. There is an additional deposit of $200 to reserve our photography services and $200 to reserve our videography services.
We do not offer catering. Off-site, licensed caterers are permitted.
Do we have to book you as our photographer and/or videographer in order to rent the barn?
You are not required to, however we do offer discounted rates on the rental of the barn if you opt to.
What are the sizes and quantities of the tables and chairs included in the rental fee?
The rental fee includes (21) 60" round tables, (4) 8' x 30" banquet tables, and 150 white resin chairs. The round tables seat 6-8 people.
Can we use your chairs for our outdoor ceremony?
Our chairs may be used for your outdoor ceremony, however they cannot be left outside overnight and they must be wiped free of dirt and debris before they are returned to the barn.
What is the size of the projection screen?
The projection screen is approximately 92 x 82 inches.
We're having our ceremony in the barn. Is there staff available to help set up upstairs for the reception?
